Cancellation & Refund Policy - Hills Inn Resort

Hotel Policy

Pan Card will not be accepted for Check-in.
Modification or Amendment will be accepted in compliance with the cancellation policy.
Any changes in tax have to be paid by you.
Room service is not operational between 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The Hotel has the right to cancel the booking if the balance amount is not paid till the time of check-in.
Check-in Time is: 2:00 PM and Check-out Time is: 11:00 AM.
Guaranteed bookings are those for which we have received full & final payments.

Child Policy

Children up to 5 years sharing their parent's room (without extra bed) at no extra charges with meals complimentary as per room plan (max 2 children per room).
Children between 5-11 years sharing their parent's room (without extra bed) - no extra charge but meals will be chargeable as per room plan.
Children above 12 years sharing their parent's room will be treated as adults and will be charged for an extra bed and all meals as per room plan (max 1 child per room).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No Refund.
Cancellation within 7-14 days of check-in: 75% refund of total booking amount.
Cancellation between 14 days and 30 days of check-in: 100% refund of total booking amount.
In case of no show: No Refund.
No refund applicable on mid-stay cancellations.
Cancellation refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
No refund would be made in the eventuality of the reservation being cancelled/rescheduled due to natural calamities & unforeseen circumstances.
